Jenna Dixon was instrumental in selling a second home that I had tried unsuccessfully to sell myself for over a year. Not only did she sell the home…but I received a greater net price than I was willing to take on my own. Furthermore, Jenna also came up with the idea of taking advantage of the tax code to perform a 1031 Exchange that saved me a significant amount in tax liability. Jenna worked relentlessly to review properties within the time frames to execute the 1031 Exchange until we found one that suited my purpose. I am still working with Jenna Dixon to view other properties and will continue to do into the foreseeable future.
