Step 2: Pricing Your Home to Sell
Pricing your home for the current market is easily the most important step in the home selling process. Many factors can influence the “fair market value” of your home. Setting the RIGHT PRICE for your home is vital to a successful process.
I will help you find the perfect balance of price for condition and location that will allow you to realize the most money for your home within the timeline that is most beneficial for your circumstances.
Step 3: Calculating the Cost of Selling Your Home
It is important to understand the financial aspects of the real estate transaction in order to determine if selling makes good financial sense.

As the homeowner, you will be responsible for keeping the home in show ready condition and making the home available during reasonable times to be viewed by interested buyers.

My goal is to provide proactive contract management to keep your transaction moving forward in order to help ensure a smooth closing. My priority is protecting your interests. Ensuring that deadlines are met for inspections, amendments, appraisals, repairs, etc. are paramount to a stress-free home selling process.

Step 7: Closing on Your Home
Typically, for sellers, the actual day of closing is pretty simple. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to ensure that everything goes well, such as making sure that the settlement documents reflect the contracted agreement
I personally attend EVERY CLIENT CLOSING, whether the client is present or not! Personal attention to my clients extends well beyond the closing table.
