The homeowner’s association fee is $365.00 per month and fees include exterior & grounds maintenance, sewer, termite, trash and water. There is a one time initiation fee of $918.00 due at settlement.

Built in 2004-2006 and is located off of Thornton Road at Oglesby Road. The neighborhood is currently seeing the construction of 12 new homes (January 2018). The community is GATED. Floor plans include 2 and 3 bedroom models with 2 baths, attached 2 car garages and 1600-1800 square feet.
The homeowner’s association fee is $300.00 per month and fees include exterior & grounds maintenance, sewer, termite, trash and water. There is a one time initiation fee of $640.00 due at settlement. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and swimming pool.
Both communities have easy access to the Silver Comet Trail.
